What programme do people use for writing prose in plain text? I usually just write in Markdown format and at the moment usually in Sublime Text, but I was wondering if anyone had other recommendations for writing prose specifically? Needs to be something offline (an actual programme, not a website) geared towards editing and saving out to plain text formats and run on Linux.
