Rocky Ⅳ ★★☆☆☆

Kind of incredible how much the film characterises the Soviets as Nazis obsessed with the genetic superiority of their blond Übermensch сверхчелове́к and how, in spite of that, they come across as much more reasonable than the Americans for much of the film. The hypocrisy on display with things like condemning the Russian crowd for booing Rocky when Drago was met with similar or worse treatment is so rank that I would assume that this was satirical if the film wasn’t written and directed by Sylvester Stallone.
