Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma ★★★★★

I would like to appreciate for a moment that, for all that is happening politically in the world right now, that a film like this can have run of more than week in the local mainstream cinema. I didn’t even have to go to the artsy one to see it. I resonated very strongly with Kris’ struggles with sex, desire and misogynistic fantasies. At some point you have to stop with the ironic distancing and learn to love the things you crave.
